Located in Figueirinha neighbourhood, Oeiras, the renovation of the apartment was driven by the direction of its previously inward-focused spaces to better connect to its site and the views. Once a compartmentalised construction from the 1970s, the stagnated layout needed to be brought together under a considered vision.

Home to a couple and their teenage daughter, the emphasis of the project was to inject a sense of clarity into the space, with increased and concealed storage and ease of movement and circulation connecting each of the new zones.
